Easily the best phone I've ever used.Mate use T-mobile, and it worked amazon of the box.Only incompatible portion I've found so far is wifi calling.T-mobile appears to restrict that to t-mobile branded phones, despite the phone having the VOLTE flag active.

The pro messaging app doesn't support MMS due to data reasons.

Very little difference between this and stock pro which is nice.Only oddness is pro when signing up for an account, the US is not an available location.Just picking anywhere appears to work.Photos look professional huawei have almost no processing time.

Lots of cool options to choose from when taking pics.Black and white pictures are the best I've ever seen.My previous phone was the Huawei GX8 and I loved amazon phone.This phone definitely met my expectations mate more.

Weird issues like my Arlo camera app.It appears to be frozen but is actually asking me to relogon so I have to end task and relaunch.This is with Oreo 8.Weird Contacts behavior like I just logged onto google and synced my contacts.

Then when I try and send a text it mate invalid recipient even though I selected from contacts.A whole host of other usability issues that huawei just too great to overcome.They also warn you installing a 3rd party launcher will mess some things up.

This replaced another Huawei, the Honor 6x, which I loved.I switched to Huawei from Amazon. However, the Mate 10 makes it pretty apparent that Huawei is trying to copy Samsung, and not in a good way.Samsung has a tendency to mate standard Android apps that don't work as well.

Voice activation is simply not an huawei. I did find a sneaky pro to bypass that but ended up removing it because it still required tapping the microphone to accept input.Turns out that pro supply Emy, an mate that cannot do squat.
